Itinerary
Day 01: Cochin
Transfer from Airport to Hotel , After Check-in little , take little rest and then continue for sightseeing of Chinese Nets ,St.Francis Church, Indo Portuguese Museum , Walk at Jew Town . Back to Hotel, Overnight Stay in Hotel.
Day 2: Munnar
After breakfast drive to Munnar. On arrival at Munnar, check-in to your hotel. Evening is free for relaxation. Overnight at Munnar.
Note: Guest are requested to book flights arriving into Munnar before noon to avoid late journey through the hilly areas to reach Munnar.
Day 03: Munnar- local sightseeing
Today proceed for a local sightseeing, visit the beautiful Mattupetty lake and Dam, Kundla Dam, Echo Point and Top Station to enjoy the scenery. Evening is free for shopping. Overnight at Munnar.
Note: Optional: Visit to kolukkumalai tea factory can be arranged by a local Jeep at an additional price of approx INR 3000 per jeep
Day 04: Munnar – Thekkady (2 Nights) (92 km – approx. 3hrs 30mins)
Welcome to Thekkady (Periyar) known for its lush forest and the land of spice plantations. On arrival, check-in to your hotel.Evening is free at leisure. Overnight at Thekkady.
Day 05: Thekkady
Today proceed to Periyar wildlife Reserve. In Periyar you could spot a family of Elephants, Wild Boar or Sambar Deer by the water’s edge. Enjoy spice shopping at Kumily village in the evening. Overnight at Thekkady.
Note: Optional: You can enjoy boating in Lake Periyar at an additional price of INR 700 per person.
Day 06: Thekkady – Alleppy or Kumarakom (1 Night) (113 Kms, approx 3 hrs)
Welcome to Alleppy ,the backwater of Kerala. Upon arrival check in to your hotel. Rest of the day is free to relax at the lake side. Overnight at Alleppy/Kumarakom .
Note: Optional: One can enjoy a backwater cruise ride (Shikkara Boat cruise) at an additional price of approx INR 1000 per hour. Optional: You can wish to stay on a houseboat, instead of a hotel at an additional price. (subject to availability)
Day 07: Alleppy – Kovalam (2 Nights) (160 kms, approx 4-5hrs)
Welcome to Kovalam , On arrival checkin to hotel. Evening visit to Kovalam beach or day free at leisure . Overnight at Kovalam.
Day 08: Kovalam – Kanyakumari – Kovalam
Today proceed to Kanyakumari , Visit the Swami Vivek Anand Rock memorial, Tri Samudra Milan, Gandhi Mandapam. Return to Kovalam. Overnight at Kovalam.
Day 09: Kovalam – Trivandram airport
Today proceed to Trivandrum airport to board the flight to your next destination or hometown with lots of memories to cherish for a life time! Holiday Concludes.
